FIELD: fire-fighting facilities.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the liquid spraying technique and can be used in fire-fighting equipment. The nozzle comprises a hollow housing with a nipple and a central core. The housing is made with a channel for supplying liquid. The sleeve with a nipple in its lower part is coaxial to the housing and is rigidly connected to it. The nipple is made in the form of a two-stage cylindrical sleeve, which upper cylindrical stage is connected by a threaded connection to the central core. The core consists of a cylindrical part and a swirler. The core is mounted with an annular gap relative to the inner surface of the cylindrical sleeve. The swirler is made in the form of a cylinder, on which outer surface at least double-threaded screw thread is made. Inside the swirler, coaxially and axisymmetric to it a rod is fixed. One end of the rod is located flush with its end surface which faces the channel for supplying liquid. On the other, free end of the rod perpendicular to its axis the discs are equally spaced along the rod. The diameters of the discs increase toward the free end of the rod.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of fine atomisation of liquid.
