FIELD: fire prevention facilities.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of fire-fighting equipment and is intended for use in automatic fire-fighting systems by generating high-expansion polydisperse foam under conditions of fumigation of the premise at blocking quick-burning products with high-expansion polydisperse foam. The foam generator is proposed, comprising a sprayer, a foam nozzle and a two-phase flow distributor. According to the invention the sprayer is connected to the foam nozzle housing made in the form of a cylindrical shell mounted coaxially and axially relative to the sprayer, and on the foam nozzle housing, in a part located closer to the nozzle there are at least three windows for ejecting air, and at the output the two-phase flow distributor is fixed, made in the form of circular mesh, and the nozzle housing is made with a channel for supplying the liquid and has a coaxial sleeve rigidly connected with the housing, with the nozzle secured to its lower part, which is made in the form of a cylindrical two-stage sleeve which upper cylindrical stage is connected by a threaded connection with a central core mounted with an annular gap relative to the inner surface of the cylindrical sleeve and consisting of a cylindrical part with a swirler fixed coaxially at its lower part, made in the form of a cylinder with a central orifice on the outer surface of which at least double helical thread is made.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of spraying of fire-extinguishing liquid solution of foaming agent (high-expansion polydisperse foam).
