FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and power engineering. Proposed device comprises vacuum tank 1 including gas-bearing matter feed pipe 19 and degassed matter discharge pipe 15 degassed matter flow control valve 10 arranged in said vacuum tank 1. Additionally, it includes intake tank 2 arranged under vacuum tank 1, feed valve 9 arranged in feed pipe 19, bypass valve 3 arranged between vacuum tank 1 and intake tank 1 to communicate therewith. Note also that vacuum tank 1 can be evacuated and supercharged via nipple 5 arranged at vacuum tank top section. Discharge pipe 15 is located at intake tank bottom section. Said degassed matter flow control valve 10 is composed of flat disc 10 arranged to be revolved by drive at vacuum tank top section. Both vacuum and intake tanks are equipped with appropriate level meters.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, power savings, simplified design.
