FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of solutions by microfiltration, ultrafiltration and osmofiltration and may be used in chemical, textile, microbiological, food and other industries. Solution is separated in two steps. At first step, initial solution is fed via union into the first chamber of flat-chamber module. Obtained permeate is discharged via case channel into chamber for first-stage permeate while residual solution is fed to the next chamber via flow opening. After passing through all chamber obtained permeate is discharged from the apparatus via union. First-stage permeate chamber filled, feed of the solution in flat-chamber module is terminated to cut in the compressor to create the pressure difference for first-stage permeate to be forced in tubular modules for second-stage separation for solution to be separated into permeate and second-stage retentate. Now, this process is reiterated.
EFFECT: higher quality and efficiency of separation and purification.
