SUBSTANCE: method of operating the machine for linen treatment comprising a drum, a front counterweight located on the front part of the drum and a rear counterweight located on a rear part of the drum. According to the method the drum is accelerated and rotated at a constant predetermined speed of rotation for a predetermined time period, at that the predetermined speed of rotation provides the perpendicular displacement to the front part of the drum, which differs from the perpendicular displacement on the rear part of the drum.
EFFECT: improved operational performance.
