SUBSTANCE: proposed device is composed of pipeline shutoff valves and accessories. It is arranged between mixing chamber and outlet and includes shutoff element and drive. It is composed of two communicating chambers articulated with hinge joint sealed from ambient medium. First fixed chamber is rigidly connected with mixing chamber. Second moving chamber is rigidly connected with outlet. Shutoff element drive responds to relative position of aforesaid chambers. Proposed device is controlled manually by varying said relative position of said chambers at revolving or reciprocating said outlet. The latter performs the control function.

EFFECT: water savings, simplified control.
