FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: different sequence resources can be allocated to a mobile device, where the mobile device can exclusively use the sequence resource with regard to a base station during a communication session. However, if another mobile device using another base station is assigned a matching sequence resource, then there can be interference if the mobile devices are relatively close enough together. Therefore, randomisation of the sequence resources can take place - moreover, a cyclic shift result can be employed in sequence resource allocation to attempt to minimise interference.
EFFECT: simple randomisation process.
