SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a domestic dumpling maker containing extruders 3 and 4 and equipped with a shaping element 7, a double crankshaft 8 with polar eccentricity, a cutting-off mechanism 9 consisting of a double damper, an extension spring 10 and a cam 11; the cutting-off mechanism 9 is positioned immediately downstream the shaping element 7 whereto each damper of the cutting-off mechanism 9 adjoins, is seated on a stud of the double crankshaft 8 with polar eccentricity; the extension spring 10 is designed so that to enable the dampers closure while the cam 11 is designed so that to enable the dampers disconnection.
