FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for producing a compacted material. Method for producing a compacted material is described, comprising the following steps: a) providing at least one powder material, b) providing a polymeric binder, c) simultaneously or sequentially feeding at least one powder material from step a) and a polymeric binder from step b) to a high-speed mixer, d) mixing at least one powder material from step a) and a polymeric binder from step b) in a high-speed mixer until a compacted material is formed, and e) reducing the temperature of the compacted material obtained in step d) below the melting point or glass transition temperature of the polymeric binder, where at least one powder material contains a product from a surface-treated filler material containing calcium carbonate-containing filler material, and the treated layer on at least part of the surface of the filler material containing calcium carbonate, where the treated layer contains i) at least one monosubstituted succinic anhydride and/or at least one monosubstituted succinic acid and/or their salt products reaction. Compacted material, applications of compacted material, polymer composition, application of polymer composition, polymer product, product is also described.

EFFECT: technical result: a method of manufacturing materials suitable for incorporation into polymers, such as compositions of a thermoplastic polymer, through a continuous or batch process, and the powder material to be introduced into the polymer can be well dispersed in a conventional single-screw extruder.
