FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be applied in vascular surgery. Device contains staple branch, rest branch and pusher. Longitudinal cartridge with slightly glued to each other tantalum gaskets with projecting staples is placed into staple branch. Gasket is made in form of rectangular parallelepiped with dimensions 4-6×1-1.5×1-1.5 mm. Two 3-4×0.2-0.4 mm large staples with sharpened ends project on one rectangular side of gasket at 1 mm distance from ribs, adjacent to square sides in perpendicular from said rectangular side direction. Rest branch is provided with longitudinal cartridge for placement of slightly glued to each other tantalum gaskets, made in form of right parallelepiped with dimensions 4-6×1-1.5×1-1.5 mm. Gasket has two through holes with diameter 0.25-0.45 mm on two opposite rectangular sides. Holes are located in perpendicular direction from said rectangular sides, located at 1 mm distance from ribs, adjacent to square sides. Hollows for bending staples inside in the process of sewing are made on working end of rest branch.

EFFECT: invention ensures tight fit of internal layers of sewn vessel walls, absence of suture material penetration into vessel lumen, hermetic sealing of reconstruction zone, and reduction of suture (anastomosis) formation time.
