FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Surgical device for hollow organ resection and joining includes instrument head with first device for stump joining, made with possibility of pressing lumen wall to it, and second device for stump joining. Second device is made with possibility of pressing wall of resected lumen to it. At least, one of said devices for stump joining forms surface for staple formation. Surface for staple formation is made with possibility of interaction with device of staple application of circular suturing apparatus in order to form ends of coming out staples in such a way that first device for stamp joining can serve as rest plate of circular suturing apparatus.
EFFECT: improvement of instrument construction.
