The adhesions are separated between the posterior surface of the uterus in the isthmus and the large intestine. The colon with infiltrate is separated from the rectovaginal septum and sacro-uterine ligaments. On the lower border of the infiltrate within healthy tissues, the intestine is separated from the visceral fatty tissue. The walls of the large intestine are separated from the visceral fatty tissue in the cranial direction along the upper border of the infiltrate. Within the intended boundaries, the affected section of the colon is crossed. The resected portion of the intestine is removed through the anus.

EFFECT: method ensures reduction of intervention trauma, reduction of its duration and intraoperative blood loss, reduction of complications associated with intestinal anastomosis failure, optimization of economic costs.
