FIELD: fire-fighting facilities.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in automatic fire extinguishing systems. The vortex foam generator of ejection type contains a sprayer, a foam nozzle and a distributor of two-phase flow. The sprayer is connected to the foam nozzle housing. The nozzle housing is formed of a cylindrical shell which is mounted coaxially and axially relative the sprayer. On the foam nozzle housing in the part located closer to the sprayer the windows for ejecting air are made. At the outlet of the nozzle housing the mesh divider of two-phase flow is fixed. The conical surface of the diffuser is mounted near the cut of the foam nozzle housing with its large base, on which the windows for ejecting air are made. The smaller base of the truncated conical surface of the diffuser is fixed to the outlet of the sprayer. The sprayer consists of a sleeve on which one side the partition is located perpendicular to its axis. The partition is connected to the inlet of the fitting for supplying foam generating and fire extinguishing solution into the vortex chamber. The chamber is mounted coaxially on the inner surface of the sleeve of the sprayer and is formed as a cylindrical cavity. The sprayer cavity is connected to the opening of the fitting. The cylindrical cavity is formed by the ring in which the tangential openings are made. One of the partitions is directed towards the fitting and is made solid, and the other is directed towards the diffuser - with an outlet located axially to the ring.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of spraying of fire-extinguishing liquid solution of foaming agent.
