FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices whereon solid fuel is combusted for producing pure power gas. Gas generator comprises hollow case to accommodate solid fuel charge, igniter and cooling filter made of gas-permeable coarse disperse powder with particle size of 0.13-0.5 mm. Confuser nozzle is arranged in mixing zone. Hole is made in aforesaid case to fit adjustable oxidiser feeder therein. Fuel feed screw is fitted at combustion chamber end face. Bottom of said feeder has discharge opening shut off by controlled shutter while adjustable shutters composed of horizontal deflector blades are located ahead of confuser nozzle inlet. Note here that top plate has guides accommodating bottom plate skids. Bottom plate top part is rigidly connected with adjusting screw fitted in the case via link. Separation grate is arranged between combustion chamber and confuser nozzle while filtration element is installed between cooling filter and confuser nozzle. Cooling filter is secured in the case by support grates. Ultimate flow nozzle is rigidly secured to the case.
EFFECT: controlled fuel chemical decomposition.
