FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular, to ophthalmology and is intended for vision correction by implantation of intraocular lenses (IOL). Composition for production of intraocular lens consists of polymeric component and optically active additive. As optically active additive at least, one compound of colloidal quantum dots is applied. As polymeric component polyorganosiloxane polymer is applied.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase relative spectral density of leaving IOL visible light in range (600-650 nm) due to additional luminescent component, which has biostimulating properties, with reduction of transmission of harmful for eyes short-wave light in area 250-500 nm with increase of IOL cytostatic activity.
