SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, particularly, to marine structures for production and storage of liquefied natural gas. Proposed plant comprises hull 10 with the first ballast tank 11 to keep ballast water, floating structure 30 spaced apart with hull 10 through preset distance to float at the side of said hull 10. Said floating structure 20 has second ballast tank 21 to keep ballast water. Liquefaction plant 30 has one its end connected with ship hull 10 and another end connected with floating structure 20 to rest on hull 10 and said floating structure 20.
EFFECT: higher stability, fast and easy installation without improvement of existing equipment.
