FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of building materials based on natural mineral raw material, namely to compositions for production of porous heat insulating materials. Raw material for obtaining porous heat insulating material, contains liquid glass, as solidifier, dried lake diatomite with size not more than 110 mcm, and as filler - serpentinite at following components ratio, wt %: liquid glass - 25-40; dried lake dolomite with size not more than 1100 mcm - 5-20, serpentinite - 40-70.
EFFECT: increase of strength, water-resistance and reduction of materials heat-conductivity coefficient.
