FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: oil-well unit consists of tubing string, one or several bypass holes made in tubing string, high-pressure channel and channels with high-pressure discharge device, one or several locking-bypass devices that include preset pressure chamber and locking device made as a gate or gate and case fixed at the tubing with ability of hydraulic connection between tube side and annular space. High-pressure channel is connected hermetically with preset pressure chamber which is a chamber of constant volume connected hermetically to the gate which can move inside the chamber or a chamber of constant volume connected to the gate from outside. At that gate represents either holding and locking elements or locking element. High-pressure channel and/or preset pressure chamber are fixed at tubing string.

EFFECT: possibility of regulation of fluid flow or process liquid flow, reducing hydraulic loss, increasing efficiency of the unit operation.
