SUBSTANCE: according to the invention, a comparator unit includes a primary temperature converter and a primary inductance transducer of electrical conductivity with input and output toroidal transformers, a feed generator of sine voltage, a transformer voltage divider, digital and analogue current compensators with a two-cycle balancing mode, an electronic unit connected to a computer, a thermostat of the electronic unit; with that, an inductance cell is placed in an active water thermostat with fixed temperature and has flow-type structure, in the inner cavity of which there arranged are primary converters of temperature and electric conductivity.
EFFECT: improvement of measurement accuracy of salinity and temperature of a sea water sample.
