SUBSTANCE: unit comprises a constant current source, a control circuit, "Start" and "Query" buttons, an on-off switch, a time-interval metre, three threshold element, a data recorder and reader unit, a memory unit, an energy state forming unit, a current corrector, a switch board, a probe with two electrodes one of which is connected to first, and the other one - to the second circuit unit; the constant current source with its first output is connected to a unified bus, and with its second output - to a first input of the on-off switch an output of which is connected to first inputs of the first and second threshold element; the first input of the control circuit is connected to the "Start" button, and the first input - to the second input of the on-off switch, the second output - to the second input of the time-interval metre; an output of the first threshold element is connected to a first input of the time-interval metre; an output of the second threshold element is connected to a third input of the time-interval metre and to the second input of the control circuit; a first input of the data recorder and reader unit is connected to the "Query" button, and a second one - to a third output of the control unit, and an output is connected with a first input of the memory unit connected by data buses with data inputs-outputs of the time-interval metre; a first output of the energy state forming unit is connected to an input of the constant current source and to second inputs of the first and second threshold elements; a second input of the energy state forming unit is connected to a fourth output of the control unit; an output of the current corrector is connected to the first input of the energy state forming unit; the third threshold element is connected by an output to a third input of the control unit, by its input to the unified bus. A first output of the switchboard is connected to a first portion of the chain, a second unit - to a second portion of the chain, a first and fourth input- to the unified bus, second and third inputs are connected to the first input of the first threshold element, and a fifth input - to a fifth output of the control unit. The unit is additionally supplied with a filter an output of which is connected to second and third inputs of the switchboard, and an output - to the first input of the third threshold element.
