FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: electric current is passed through biological fluid placed into interelectrode space of pickup. Change of interectrode potential from zero level to lower one determined by start of formation of plateau on curve of dependence of interelectrode potential on time is measured then and registration of dynamics of work spent for electrochemical reactions with change of interelectrode potential of volume of biological fluid confined in interelectrode space from lower to upper level determined by finish of linear dependence between change of interelectrode potential and time is recorded. In case of positive dynamics progress of inflammatory process is predicted and in case of negative dynamics - its regression. Device for realization of method of prediction of dynamics of inflammatory process has button START, control circuit, source of stabilized current, key, time interval meter, two threshold elements, probe, first and second electrodes of pickup.
