SUBSTANCE: blood serum drop is dried, and a prepared facie is analysed. An appearance thereof shows a therapeutic approach to the above diseases by the presence, relation and area of the structural peculiarities of the facie, such as toxic plaques, tonguey structures and three-rayed cracks. The absence of toxic plaques, and the presence of tonguey structures or three-rayed cracks less than 1/10 of the facie area enables choosing the conservative therapy. The presence of toxic plaques, tonguey structures or three-rayed cracks, or a combination thereof taking more than 1/10 of the facie area provides choosing the surgical management.
EFFECT: choosing the therapeutic approach more accurately, reducing the analysis invasiveness, reducing the number of the diagnostic procedures.
