SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, and can be used for prediction of spastic hemodynamic type of microcirculation disorders of fetoplacental complex in pregnant women with underlying nicotine addiction. For this purpose at gestational age of 11 weeks and more blood serum is examined in pregnant woman by wedge dehydration and determination on anterior abdominal wall within uterine fundus of main blood fetoplacental complex, namely: value of average blood flow in recording time intervals, parameter describing time variation of perfusion- σ, coefficient of variation-Kv by laser Doppler flowmetry. In presence of inflammation markers-tonguey structures to determine necrobiotic-crescent-shaped inclusions, hypoxic and ischemic processes in tissues-roving units, tension adaptation mechanism of homeostasis-crack swirling, vasoconstriction – scallop structure, reduction of vascular elasticity-stroked cracks and stagnant phenomena-three-rayed cracks in blood serum fascia if M is from 5.3–2.8 perfusion. units, σ from 0.6 to 0.3 perfusion units and Kv is from 12.2 to 10.7 %, spastic hemodynamic type of microcirculation disorders is prognosed.

EFFECT: method enables more effective prediction of hemodynamic disorders of fetoplacental complex in relatively short time and at low volumes of biological fluids together with its non-invasiveness and high sensitivity.
