FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: electronic khomus has a ring-shaped skeleton which transforms into jaws with a rhomboid section, and a reed attached to the rear side of the jaw and arranged with a gap between the jaws. An electromagnet is connected in series with a self-excited oscillator of audio frequency with a built-in amplifier, a diode limiter, a remote control circuit, a battery status indicator with a charging device. The electromagnet in form of a coil with a remote control button situated on the housing of the electromagnet is mounted on the jaw of the khomus such that the reed of the khomus does not touch the core of the magnet. A battery charge and discharge indicator and a resonance frequency adjusting resistor are built into the front panel of the device. The electromagnet can also be in form of a plastic coil with diameter of 14 mm, on which there are 300 windings of PETV-0.12 wire. The gap between the core with diameter of 10 mm and the reed of the khomus is preferably in the range of 0.2-0.3 mm. Diodes VD1 and VD5 are connected in series and parallel to the coil to avoid heating of the core of the electromagnet.
