FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: container is designed to locate stocks of fuel element core rods under hot isostatic pressing and may be used to manufacture fuel elements of nuclear reactors of various purpose. In the circular bore on the inner surface of the cylindrical pipe there is a bottom installed in the form of a membrane bent into the pipe cavity. At the same time the bore is made from the pipe end at the distance equal to the membrane sag. Membrane tilting during pressing with convexity outside the pipe provides for isostatic transfer of pressing pressure to stocks.
EFFECT: provision of a condition of isostatic nature of application of external pressure during pressing.
