FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: suggested electromagnetic coupling contains casing (1) with toroidal magnet core (2) installed at it; the core covers ring winding (3). At the driving shaft (7) there is a die barrel (11) with driving shaft discs (4) fixed to it and external sleeve (9) installed in the driving shaft with the above driving shaft discs (4) fixed to it. At the driven shaft (8) there is a sleeve (14) with the driven shaft discs (5) fixed to it. At that according to the invention the first external sleeve (10) of the screen is fixed at the magnet core (2) and the screen ferromagnetic disc (6) with adjoining inner sleeve (13) of the screen is fixed to the sleeve. At first ferromagnetic disc (6) of the screen is attached to the inner sleeve (13) of the screen and then external sleeve (10) is attached, etc. The last ferromagnetic disc (6) of the screen is covered by non-magnetic disc (12) of the screen. Due to introduction of the above screen between discs of the driving and driven shafts electromagnetic sleeve is obtained with large transfer moment and sealed division of the driving and driven shafts which allows transfer of moment to the sealed-in volume.
EFFECT: providing sealed division of the driving and driven shafts with potential moment transfer to the sealed-in volume with simultaneous maintenance of large moment transferred by electromagnetic sleeve.
