FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The frozen confectionary product includes a frozen composition and a composition of chocolate or a chocolate analogue. The composition of chocolate or a chocolate analogue includes non-fat dry cocoa substances. The food product contains at least 0.01 wt % of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA), no more than 0.05 wt % of theobromine and no more than 0.01 wt % of caffeine.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a product having a relaxing effect on the consumer due to the said quantity of theobromine, caffeine and γ-aminobutyric acid whereby the stimulating effect of theobromine and caffeine is offset by γ-aminobutyric acid impact.
