SUBSTANCE: method for production of fat-based edible shell provides for production of package substrate of required shape, having internal volume, and spraying or pouring of composition comprising edible shell directly onto package substrate. At that this composition contains one or more fats and has plastic viscosity from 10 to 40 poise and fluidity from 50 to 250 dyne/cm2. Then composition is hardened for creation of shell with permanent thickness.
EFFECT: making of product used as edible capacity for containment of different products, namely, frozen confectionary products.
