FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The proposed combined frozen confectionary product contains an ice-cream core and a coating completely coating the core; such coating is based on chocolate or fat-based combinations with a similar formula and properties. If the coating consists of a composition based on aerated chocolate, it has density equal to 0.13 - 1.29 g/cm3; if the coating consists of compounds based on fat, it has density equal to 0.13 - 0.65 g/cm3. Therewith such coating has thickness equal to 3 - 20 mm. The bubbles average size is equal to 0.1 - 1 mm. Additionally, one proposes usage of the said composition for frozen confectionary goods coating and a method for production of combined frozen confectionary goods.

EFFECT: invention allows to isolate ice-cream inside combined confectionary goods for prevention of premature thawing/melting due to selection of density and thickness of the coating.
