SUBSTANCE: body with a suction inlet device contains a housing and a rotary unit mounted on the housing, such rotary unit including: a shaft maintained in the axial direction so that to enable rotation on the housing, a rotary part (at least partly positioned close to the shaft), and an actuation means positioned between the shaft and the rotary part and maintaining rotation of the rotary part as an integral whole with the shaft, actuating it in a radial direction relative to the shaft. When the movable wheel part collides against an obstacle such movable wheel part is displaced relative to the shaft and the housing with the movable wheel part activated by the cylindrical spring, absorbing impact load.

EFFECT: damping characteristics can be improved without detriment to the movement characteristic, for example, due to the movable wheel part made softer or thicker.
