SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to augmentation mammoplasty. Skin is incised. The glandular tissue is separation from greater pectoral muscle. A space is formed behind the greater pectoral muscle up to parasternal line. The greater pectoral muscle is dissected within an inferior internal angle. That is followed by vertical myotomy perpendicular to fibres of the greater pectoral muscle from an inferior border of the mammary gland to an upper level of a projection of the nipple and areola onto the muscle.
EFFECT: method prevents the transverse retraction of the inferior semi-circle of the nipple and areola.
