SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to plastic surgery. Incision is made in the area of the putative inframammary fold, located 5 cm below the existing inframammary fold. Then dissection is performed in retromammary space. Fascia of a greater pectoral muscle is approached, a biplanar pocket for the implant is formed: a subfascial pocket - from the medial side of the mammary gland and a subglandular pocket - from the lateral side. In the lateral and lower quadrants of the mammary gland, notches are made by dissecting a deep leaf of the superficial fascia and along the posterior surface of the breast tissue. Thereafter, an implant is placed in the formed cavity. New inframammary fold is fixed by forming a duplication of a pectoral fascia with inclusion of muscle fibres of a greater pectoral muscle; a deep leaf of a superficial fascia is anchored to the duplicator.

EFFECT: method enables to obtain an aesthetic shape of the mammary glands by means of augmentation with implants and reorganization of soft tissues with the possibility of levelling undesirable phenomena caused by anatomical features of the structure of the anterior chest wall and mammary glands.
