EFFECT: method reduces the risk of dropsy recurrence, improves testicular hemodynamics in the postoperative period, ensuring preservation of gonads reproductive function, by preperitoneal shaping and by node conducting directly to the vaginal process of the peritoneum during treatment of non-obliterated internal ring in children.
