FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to dermatology, trichology and cosmetology, and can be used for treating non-scarring alopecia. Method involves combined exposure to bipolar radiofrequency energy with power of 4 Wt, frequency of 1 Hz and depth of microneedle penetration of 2 mm. 36 gilded microneedles with thickness of 300 micrometers, area of coating 1 cm2, type SH-TIP I with exposure only on needle tip and photochromotherapy with red spectrum of light at wave length 760 nm of apparatus "VIVACE cosmetology multimodal system for fractional thermolifting". Thereafter, autologous blood plasma is applied on the affected skin area. Therapeutic course is 8 weeks, once every 4 weeks.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the length of treatment and reducing the number of complications due to combined effect of invasive bipolar radiofrequency exposure, physiotherapeutic photochromotherapy and plasmotherapy.
