FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to dermatovenerology and psychodermatology. The method for treating alopecias with concomitant psychosomatic disorders includes complex one-stage application of dermatotropic and psychocorrective therapy to the patient. The dermatotropic therapy during androgenetic alopecia therein consists in the external application of a minoxidil lotion 2% 1 ml 2 times a day in the area of the vertex and the crown in women, 5% 1 ml 2 times a day in the area of the vertex and the crown in men; the dermatotropic therapy of circumscribed alopecia consists in the application of clobetasol dipropionate ointment 0.05% 2 times a day, or systemic methods for treatment with immunosuppressive agents; the dermatotropic therapy of diffuse telogen effluvium hair loss consists in the application of pathogenetic therapy: correction of deficiencies and endocrine disorders, or a combined preparation containing thiamine, calcium pantothenate, cysteine, keratin, paraaminobenzoic acid, 1 capsule 3 times a day. The psychocorrective therapy of concomitant nosogenic reactions associated with impairment of the body image consists in the application of escitalopram 10 to 20 mg per day and quetiapine 12.5 to 50 mg per day as disease-modifying drugs; in nosogenic anxiety-hypochondriac reactions, hydroxyzine 12.5 to 50 mg per day or fabomotizole 10 to 30 mg per day or alimemazine 2.5 to 10 mg per day are used as disease-modifying drugs; in anxiety-depressive nosogenic reactions escitalopram 5 to 10 mg per day is administered as a disease-modifying drug; in concomitant affective disorders, venlafaxine is administered at a dose of 37.5 to 150 mg per day or escitalopram at a dose of 10 to 20 mg per day for 3 to 12 months.

EFFECT: invention increases the effectiveness of treatment of patients with alopecias, significantly improves the quality of life and the psychoemotional state.
