FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for protection of heat-loaded assemblies and elements of structure of propulsion systems against thermal and erosion destruction in a jet of high-temperature fuel combustion products namely containing a condensed phase applying plasma sputtering of erosion-resistant heat-protective coatings. First, an intermediate layer from nichrome is applied, onto which a layer of cermet composition with thickness of 100 ÷ 150 mcm is sputtered. As cermet composition, there used is mechanical mixture of equivolumetric composition of powders of hafnium dioxide with dispersity of 10 ÷ 63 mcm and cladded with tungsten nickel with nickel content of 6 ÷ 10 wt % with dispersity of 40 ÷ 63 mcm. Then, a layer of hafnium dioxide with thickness of 200 ÷ 250 mcm is sputtered. Hafnium dioxide powder contains a stabilising additive - sodium oxide, the content of which is 7 ÷ 10 mol %.
EFFECT: improving resistance of coatings to thermal erosion destruction, and namely to combustion products of mixed solid fuel, which contain a condensed phase.
