FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: plant for liquefaction of hydrocarbons comprises a system 12 to extract a gas condensate liquid (GCL), a circuit 42 with the main coolant and a circuit 100 with the first coolant, a device 52 to reduce pressure and a gas liquid separator 62 installed downstream. The circuit 42 with the main coolant comprises at least one or more compressors for the main coolant, and the circuit with the first coolant comprises one or more compressors for the first coolant. The initial flow 10 of hydrocarbons is sent via the system 12 to extract the GCL to produce a head flow 20, rich in methane, which is serially cooled and liquefied with the help of circuits with the first and second coolants. Pressure of the liquefied flow is reduced, and the mixed phase flow 60 produced as a result is sent via a final gas liquid separator 62 for production of the final gas flow 70 and the flow 80 of liquefied hydrocarbon product. Capacity of the load of one or more compressors for the main coolant and one or more compressors for the first coolant is increased to their maximum load by means of control of temperature of liquefied flow for variation of the quantity of the final gas flow and by means of control of the quantity of final gas flow, which is supplied to the head flow 20, rich in methane, with the help of a recirculation flow 90b.
EFFECT: improved separation of hydrocarbons.
