SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a method for patient-specific selection of antiplatelet drugs for the patients in need thereof involving patient's blood sampling, preparing platelet rich plasma by blood centrifugation, separating specimens and adding antiplatelet drugs thereto with the above preparations having the different mechanisms of antiplatelet action, incubating the plasma specimens with the preparations at temperature 36.5-37.5°C and an platelet aggregation inducer.

EFFECT: more accurate selection of the antiplatelet preparations for the patients in need thereof.
