FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiology, clinical laboratory diagnostics and hematology. Method for determining resistance to antiaggregant preparations in patients with ischemic heart disease, taking antiplatelet agents for at least 6 months, involves taking blood in a test tube with 3.8 % sodium citrate in ratio of 9:1, separation by plasma centrifugation and erythrocytes to obtain rich and poor thrombocyte plasma, individual determination of light transmission values with graphic recording for 5 minutes with constant mixing and temperature of 37 °C, adding to thrombocyte suspension in ratio 10:1 inducer of collagen thrombocyte aggregation once at 10 seconds of recording thrombocyte aggregation on a laser aggregometer in concentration of 2 mcmol/l, wherein additionally a platelet-rich plasma inducer of collagen is introduced in ratio 2:1 2 mcmol/l at 1, 2, 3 and 4 minutes of study, and when platelet aggregation values in range of 45 to 100 % are obtained, resistance to antiaggregant preparations is determined.
EFFECT: what is presented is a method for determining resistance to antiplatelet preparations.
