FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. When implementing the method, body parts of a patient immersed into a fluid bath are exposed to an air current. The patient's body is exposed to a combined hydrodynamic force, cavitation pulse and magnetic action by a submerged magnetic fluid flow. Cavitation air-vapour bubbles are generated in the fluid flow with pressure difference in the submerged fluid flow ΔP≥0.15 MPa and jet fluid flow rate υ≥17.1 m/sec, as well as with magnetic flied generation with magnetic strength B≥3200 gauss in the near-surface areas of the patient's body parts. A device for implementing the method comprises a circulating water-driven assembly designed for pressure adjustment in a flexible hole at the end of which there is a massage head. An end of the flexible hole with the massage head are immersed into the bath wherein the patient is placed. The massage head is presented in the form of a cavitation exciter with an expanding nozzle. The cavitation exciter body comprises annular magnets covering a port for cavitation fluid delivery to the patient's body.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables higher effectiveness and extended therapeutic potentials of the massage exposure ensured by cavitation generation in the fluid flow in a combination of the magnetic field exposure on the human tissues.
