FIELD: medicine; medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method involves applying periodic negative stress to human skin causing alternating suction skin area under massage into internal cavity of vibration vacuum nozzle in self-excited vibration mode and producing hydrodynamic oscillations of pressure in frequency bandwidth of 6-50000 Hz. Water discharge rate Q (m3/s) through the vibration vacuum nozzle is determined by relationship 7d2≤Q≤30d2, where d is the equivalent diameter of the inlet canal (m), S is the cross-section area of at least one canal (m2), π=3.1415. The vibration vacuum nozzle has whirlpool chamber having vertical symmetry axis and at least one inlet canal which symmetry axis is arranged at an angle and laterally displaced relative to the vertical symmetry axis of the whirlpool chamber and axially symmetrical outlet canal coaxially arranged relative to the whirlpool chamber. Outlet canal surface smoothly transforms into flat surface of lower part of the vibration vacuum nozzle. The flat surface is arranged in perpendicular to the vertical symmetry axis of the whirlpool chamber.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness, depth and quality of massage treatment.
