SUBSTANCE: bypass channel bypasses onboard air conditioning system arranged in incident flow channel downstream of inlet of said channel. Said bypass channel extends into discharge channel downstream of said onboard air conditioning system, ahead of used air discharge opening. Common air intake is arranged for incident airflow and bypass channel.
EFFECT: efficient cooling.
