FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method to regulate the mode of operation of a liquid rocket propulsion system consists in variation of a throughout section of an organ that regulates flow of supercharging gas depending on cavitation margin of pressure of turbopump set pumps, measurement of engine parameters and determination of their time derivatives. Variation of throughput section of the organ that regulates supercharging gas flow is set according to the value of derivative of pressure and temperature variation at the inlet to the engine.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of regulation, reduced non-efficient power inputs due to reduced value of pressure in rocket tanks.
