FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: clamping constructive element (1) comprises a housing (2) of insulating material and at least one spring clip (4) for an electrical wire (15). The clip (4) has a portion (5) of a busbar and also a clamping spring (6) extending in the longitudinal direction (L) with a free clamping end (11) towards the portion (5) of the busbar and springing to form the clip point for the electrical wire (15) with the portion (5) of the busbar. In the housing (2) there is at least one hole (3) of wire input leading towards the appropriate clip point and an actuating channel (14) located near the hole (3) for insertion of the actuating tool (13) and opening of the respective clamping spring (6). The channel (14) ends in the actuating portion (12) of the clamping spring (6) adjacent across the longitudinal direction (L) towards the clip point for the electric wire (15). The clip point and the actuating portion (12) lie next to each other along the width of the clamping spring (6). Holes (3) that are set by main axes for wire insertion and the actuating channel (14) and crossing across the longitudinal direction of the clamping spring (6) in the zone of the clip point through the width of the clamping spring (6) of the plane are approximately parallel to each other.

EFFECT: provision of simple and reliable manipulation with a spring clamp with the help of an actuating tool inserted into an actuating channel with potentially smaller constructive space.
