FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, in particular to the equipment for grain germination for the vitamin material for human and animal nutrition. The method of grain germination includes soaking grain, placing it on the sieve, processing the grain on the sieve with the humidified air supplied from below. As the humidified air water vapor is used, coming from the water, which mirror is located under the sieve at a distance from it equal to 1-1.5 cm. At that humidity of water vapor is regulated.
EFFECT: invention enables to eliminate the energy consumption for production of germinated grain.
