SUBSTANCE: method involves removing contaminants from basic grain by soaking it in water and separating aqueous phase and contaminants; providing germination and fermentation of grains by providing contact with moisture-laden air at temperature of 21-40 C for 12-40 h till appearance of sprouts; subjecting sprouted grains to preservation by cooling to reduce biochemical process rate or crushing for producing flakes.
