The analysis of the determined inspiratory time and pause time to determine the lung function indicator comprises the step of determination of the inspiratory time and pause time ratio. Next, the indicator of the lung function is compared to the acceptable value and the comparison result is formed. A processor for lung function monitoring method implementation and a system for use in lung function monitoring are disclosed.
