SUBSTANCE: method for lung function monitoring includes stages at which both the inspiratory time and pause time are determined for a patient who uses a breathing device, with inspiratory time and pause time are determined from the measurements obtained from respiratory devices, certain inspiratory time and pause time are analyzed to measure the lung function indicator. The analysis of the determined inspiratory time and pause time to determine the lung function indicator comprises the step of determination of the inspiratory time and pause time ratio. Next, the indicator of the lung function is compared to the acceptable value and the comparison result is formed. A processor for lung function monitoring method implementation and a system for use in lung function monitoring are disclosed.
EFFECT: provision of early indication of lung function impairment at home.
