FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of plastic wastes, particularly, polyolefines and device to this end used in industrial recovery of plastic wastes. Proposed method consists in continuous feed of ground blend to be plasticised, fluidised and subjected to cracking by thermal and/or catalytically-thermal process at 400-500°C and ambient pressure while final vapor-gas phase and discharged and cooled. After feeding in reactor 6, said blend is fluidised and subjected to cracking in forced translational rotation and heating. Note here that vapor-gas phase is removed continuously while process impurities are discharged from reactor 6 intermittently. Device comprises revolving reactor 6 whereto extends coaxial channel 3 with conveyor 4 built therein feed said blend in reactor 6 and to discharge at least a portion of obtained vapor-gas fraction at reactor opposite side. Reactor 6 accommodates guide elements 14, 15, 24 rigidly attached to in reactor casing to continuously mix the blend radially and axially.
EFFECT: continuous recovery with controlled parameters.
