SUBSTANCE: method for generation of oxide film at working surface of DC machine collector where accelerated generation of oxide film is provided by preliminary dynamic impact of treated surface by a tool oscillating with ultrasonic frequency and delivery of suspension consisting of graphite and kerosene in one to five ratio to the treatment area.
EFFECT: improving wear resistance of collector plates, increasing resistivity of commutator-brush assembly.
