FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of membrane technologies, and can be used in food, chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and other branches of industry, where separation of low-molecular substances is required. Formation of membrane based on polymer composite, subjected to ultrasonic processing with its further application on substrate and the following drying, is carried out. As polymer component composite of polyvinyl alcohol and fullerenol C60-(OH)22-24 is used polymer composite is obtained by preparation of 2 wt % polymer solution from polyvinyl alcohol and addition to it of fullerenol C60-(OH)22-24 powder in amount 2-6 wt % relative to weight of polyvinyl alcohol Its further ultrasonic processing is carried out. After that, solution is kept at room temperature for not less than 72 hours 35-55 wt % of maleic acid relative to weight of polyvinyl alcohol are added to precipitated solution. Ultrasonic processing is re-performed. After that, solution is applied on glass substrate and dried at temperature, not higher than 40°C for not less than 48 hours. Film, obtained from solution, is separated from glass substrate, which is heated at temperature, not lower than 110° for not less than 120 minutes and used as diffusion fullerene-containing membrane.
EFFECT: invention ensures obtaining of novel type of membrane from nanocomposite fullerenol-polyvinyl alcohol, which possesses good environmentally friendly and material components for membrane production, as well as high transport properties of membrane such as selectivity and permeability.
